When will my order ship?

Standard orders are processed and shipped within 24 business hours of receipt. Our shipping department operates Monday through Friday.
 

Our Western Pads are custom, made-to-order at our San Diego facility. Please allow up to 6 weeks (usually less) for delivery from your order date.

Do I need to pay for shipping?

Total Saddle Fit is pleased to offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders.
 

International Deliveries: Please note that free shipping does not include local import duties, customs fees, or taxes. Most countries apply fees to import orders. We recommend reviewing your country’s import regulations and fee structures prior to placing your order.

Can I still return my product in used condition?

Yes! You may return any Total Saddle Fit product in any condition within our 90-day return window for a full refund.

When will you get more stock?

If an item you want is currently unavailable, you can sign up for automatic restock alerts directly on the product's page by selecting your desired size/color and supplying your email and or cell phone number.

How long will my tack last?

Total Saddle Fit products are made from natural and synthetic materials that wear down over time. For your safety, we strongly recommend inspecting your tack before every ride. Discontinue use immediately if you notice any damage or signs of wear.
 

As a safety standard, we recommend replacing your Total Saddle Fit products every two years, or sooner if wear is noticeable.

How do I clean my English SQUISH Pad?

To clean your English SQUISH Pad safely, please follow these care instructions:

  • Unzip the pad and completely remove the inner SQUISH panels.
  • Hand wash the outer fabric sleeve in warm water using a mild detergent.
  • Air dry the sleeve completely before reinserting the panels.

Do not place any component of the SQUISH Pad into a washing machine or dryer.
