Here's how it works:

Fill out the trade in submission form below (note: trades must be for the same product type ie. a girth for a girth or stirrup leathers for stirrup leathers).

Receive an approval email from us with a store credit code to apply your trade credit to your new order.

We mail you the new item with a prepaid return label for the old one.

Trade in value on all core products: $75 USD  

The fine print:

Only "core" products (items over $80) apply to this promotion. Liners and shims do not apply.

Limit of 2 trade in products per 12 month period per customer

Trade ins must be for the same product type. For example, a cinch can be traded for a cinch, but a cinch cannot be traded for stirrup leathers.

Customer has 90 days to use the prepaid return label to send in the original item. Items kept beyond that time period will be billed the trade in credit dollar amount.

Returns or exchanges of new items must be completed prior to sending the original (trade in) item back. Once the original item is returned no further returns or exchanges are permitted on the new item.

This offer is only valid for USA customers.

Do I need a receipt or proof of purchase for the original item?

No. The only requirement is that it's a genuine Total Saddle Fit product.

Does the age of the original item matter?

No. All Total Saddle Fit products are accepted.

What is the return policy for the new item?

There is a 90 day return policy for the new item. However, the new item must be return prior to mailing back the original "trade in" item. Once a trade in item is received, no further returns/exchanges are accepted.

Is this promotion valid in my country?

Currently it is only valid in North America.
