If you have an original Shoulder Relief Cinch made in August 2021 or earlier, please submit the information on the below form to begin the process of replacing your old cinch with a new model Shoulder Relief Cinch.

Please note this recall only includes the older style cinches with standard round buckles. 

It does NOT include any StretchTec Shoulder Relief Cinches, Shoulder Relief Cinches with Balance Buckles (square buckle) or and cinches sold in 2022 or after.

The original cinch much be received by us before shipping out the replacement.  We will do our best to match your cinch exactly, but if we do not have your original color, we will send the color we have in stock. No refunds are offered.
