WESTERN PADS

Our Western Pads are made to order at our San Diego facility. Because of this production process, they are not available for wholesale purchase at this time.

 

LEAD TIMES

Wholesale orders are typically processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation notification once your order has shipped.
 

ORDER MINIMUMS

New orders must meet or exceed a minimum of $400 USD. To add items totaling less than the minimum to an existing open order, please contact us at wholesale@totalsaddlefit.com.
 

MAP POLICY

All online pricing must meet or exceed the official Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) in USD. You can review the full MAP Policy here.
 

SHIPPING

Dealers are responsible for all shipping costs. We are happy to extend our corporate shipping rates to dealers upon request. Additionally, we can process shipments using your own UPS or FedEx third-party account numbers.

Note: Total Saddle Fit is not responsible for shipping carrier delays once the product has left our facility.
 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We encourage international dealers to research third-party shipping rates, as they may occasionally be more competitive than our standard account rates. Please be advised that import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the dealer. Total Saddle Fit cannot predict these charges, and they are not included in your purchase or shipping costs. We recommend investigating these potential expenses prior to ordering to avoid unexpected fees upon delivery.
 

INVENTORY & ALLOCATIONS

Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not accept backorders and cannot guarantee stock availability. In the event we are unable to fulfill an item you've ordered the line item will be canceled.
 

PAYMENTS

We do not offer payment terms. We accept all major credit cards, wire/ACH transfers, and checks of U.S. origin. For payment related inquiries, please contact wholesale@totalsaddlefit.com.
 

DROP-SHIPPING

We do not currently support drop-shipping services.

 

USED & DEMO PRODUCT
We do not offer used products for sale. If you would like a demo product to ensure it's a fit for your clientele please reach out to us at wholesale@totalsaddlefit.com.
 

DEALER RETURNS

We do not accept returns for wholesale accounts. All wholesale sales are final.
 

CUSTOMER WARRANTY & REFUND SUPPORT

Refunds: Our 90-day retail return policy applies only to our retail direct-to-consumer sales. Because we cannot refund funds we did not collect, dealers are responsible for managing their own return and refund policies directly with their customers.

Warranty: Total Saddle Fit stands behind its products. We are fully available to assist with customer warranty issues. Please contact us regarding any manufacturer defects or warranty concerns, and we will work with you to provide a solution.
