Returns:

Returns are accepted within 90 days. The 90 day period starts the day you receive the product (not the purchase date). Returns must be postmarked by the 90th day in order to receive a full refund. 

You can use the product as much as you like within those 90 days and still return it for a full refund. 

Refunds are processed back to the original form of payment. 

We only return products that were purchased directly through our website. If it was purchased through a retailer, the refund needs to be handled through the retailer, in accordance with their policies. 

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Be sure to include a copy of the invoice that came in the box and write the word REFUND on the invoice. No need for an RA# since the invoice will have all your information.

Once we receive it we will get your 100% refund processed ASAP.

We cover return shipping for Stability Stirrup Leathers specifically. For a return, send us an email with your name and order number requesting a refund to: care@totalsaddlefit.com

We will respond to your email with a prepaid USPS shipping label and return instructions. 

This only applies to domestic orders. We do not cover return shipping for international orders.

 

Exchanges:

Warranties

We offer a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects on all of our products regardless of where they were purchased.

Please include your name, shipping address and sizing/details on the product. We will respond to your email with additional details on getting your product replaced. 

All warranties that fall outside of one year will be assessed on a case to case basis.
